Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na analýzu tvorby reportů o společenské odpovědnosti, konkrétně etického kodexu. V první řadě je vymezen samotný pojem společenská odpovědnost firem, dále je rozebráno téma stakeholderů, následně samotné CSR reportování, jeho tvorba a samotná tvorba etického kodexu. Nakonec ověření existence a struktury etického kodexu v českých chemických podnicích.
Abstract:
The work is focused on analysis of the creation of reports about corparate social responsibility, specifically on creation of Code of Ethics. In the first place, there is defined concept of corporate social responsibility, after there is also analyzed topic of stakeholders , then the actual CSR reporting and creation of these reports and the creation of the Code of Ethics.
