Abstract:

Hlavní část práce pojednává o možnostech modernizace vývodového transformátoru bloku č. 4 v elektrárně Ledvice. V práci jsou rozpracovány tři varianty modernizace a to s ohledem na ekonomické hodnocení jednotlivých variant. Při těchto jsou uvažovány možnosti využití stávajících vývodových transformátorů z trvale odstavovaných bloků elektrárny Prunéřov I a z bloku č. 2 v elektrárně Ledvice, nebo nákup zcela nového transformátoru. Z uvedených možných variant řešení je dále podrobně rozpracována konkrétní doporučovaná varianta modernizace, která je ekonomicky nejvýhodnější z pohledu dlouhodobého provozu bloku a která je zároveň technicky dobře proveditelná. Důvodem pro provedení modernizace transformátoru je hlavně předpokládané dožití transformátoru, který je v provozu od roku 1968 tj. 47 roků a nachází se v poslední čtvrtině svého života. S tím souvisí zhoršení provozních parametrů stroje, zvýšení rizika vzniku poruchy a vyšší náklady na provoz a údržbu. Provoz bloku samotného, tedy hlavně fluidního kotle, který byl uveden do provozu v roce 1998 a nové parní turbíny, která byla instalována při generální opravě bloku B4 v roce 2007, je technicky možný ještě dalších cca 30 let. V bakalářské práci jsou dále uvedeny rizika a omezení výroby v době modernizace transformátoru, časová náročnost celé akce a její ekonomické zhodnocení.

Abstract:

The key portion is discussing the options of the unit number 4 output transformer modernization in the Ledvice power plant. Three ways of modernization have been worked out with regard to the economic evaluation of each of then. Due to this the possible usage is considered of the available transformers from the units they have bean shut down in the power plants of Prunéřov and Ledvice. The other option concidered is a purchase of the quite new machine. One of the options mentioned which has been concluded both economicaly advatageous and technicaly feasible either is elaborated in detail. The reason the modernization has to be carried out for is the transformer high age. This one has been put into the operation in 1968 and the last quarter of its service life is expiring. Due to this the technical parameters of the machine are getting worse rapidly. The potential danger of malfunctions is higher and maintenance expenses as well. The service life expectancy of both the fluidized combustion boiler and turbine generator unit as well is estimated to approximately 30 yers. All the possible risks and production resrtictions during the reconstruction period are mentioned in this work as well as time needed and economic evaluation.
