Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá entezopatiemi na dolních končetinách a je rozdělena do tří částí. V první části práce se dozvíte obecné informace o anatomii dolní končetiny, patofyziologii entezopatie, klinickém obrazu onemocnění, průběhu vyšetření a druzích, se kterými se nejčastěji setkáváme. Léčba, kterou se zabývá speciální část práce, probíhá většinou konzervativní terapií. V praktické části uvádím průběh fyzioterapie pacientky s entezopatií ligamentum patelae.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis follows up the enthesopathies in the lower limbs and is divided into three sections. The first section contains general information about the lower limb anatomy, the enthesopathy pathology, the clinical picture of the disease, the examination protocol of and the most common types diagnosed. The individual section is dedicated to the treatment which is mostly the conservative therapy. In practical section is presented physiotherapy process example on the patient with enthesopathy of the patellar ligament.
