Water Features in Changes of Landscape Architecture

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vodními prvky, jejich použitím v proměnách zahradního umění a využití těchto znalostí pro účely návrhové studie vybraného území. První část práce je věnována literární rešerši na dané téma, zejména na využití vodních prvků v rámci historických epoch a možnosti použití vodních prvků v současném zahradním umění. Dále se tato práce zaměřuje na konkrétní modelové území, a to Bezručův park v Kroměříži. Na základě terénních průzkumů a dostupných zdrojů jsou vytvořeny analýzy v grafické i textové podobě. Z důvodu umístění parku na bývalém hřbitově, je brán ohled i na tuto skutečnost a dochované nemovité kulturní památky. Kombinací informací získaných v literární rešerši a v analytické části, jsou vypracována východiska k návrhové studii. Návrhová část obsahuje situační výkres s detailním popisem autorského záměru. Hlavním tématem nové podoby Bezručova parku jsou vodní prvky, které se zde objevují ve dvou variantách. Návrh také kombinuje moderní pohled na tvorbu veřejného prostoru a zároveň ctí historické souvislosti daného území. Pro lepší představu o vzhledu parku jsou zhotoveny vizualizace, řezopohledy a detaily.

Abstract:

This Bachelor´s thesis deals with water features, their use in phases of landscape architecture and use of this knowledge for the purpose of a design study of the selected area. The first part of the thesis is devoted to literature research on the given topic, especially on the use of water features within historical eras and the possibility of using water features in contemporary landscape architecture. Furthermore, this work focuses on a specific model area, Bezručův Park in Kroměříž. Based on an exploration in the area and available sources, analyzes in a graphic and textual form was created. The thesis respects the location of the park on a former cemetery, as well as the local immovable cultural monuments. Information obtained in the literature research and in the analytical part combined are the starting points for the design study. The design part contains a situation drawing with a detailed description of the author's intention. The main theme of the new form of Bezručův Park are water features, which appear in two variants. The drawing also combines a modern approach to the creation of public space while respecting the historical context of the area. For a better idea of the appearance of the park, there are visualizations, sectional views and details included.
