Legal Regulation of Video Lottery Terminals
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o právní úpravě video-loterijních terminálů. Shrnuje nejen historický vývoj, ale především porovnává změny, ke kterým došlo účinností nového zákona o hazardních hrách. Oblast hazardních her je čím dál častěji diskutovaným tématem a dotýká se velké části obyvatel. Bakalářská práce tak poskytuje souhrnný pohled na oblast hazardních her v České republice.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on the legal regulation of the video lottery terminals. The thesis summarizes not only historical evolution, but also compares the changes that have occured effectiveness of the new law of gambling. Gambling is increasingly discussed topic and affects a large part of population. The bachelor thesis provides a comprehensive view of gambling in the Czech republic.
