Legal theoretical aspects of electronic contracting
Abstract:
The thesis deals with legal theoretical aspects of electronic contracting. The immediate objective of the thesis is verification of its hypothesis, i.e. if it is possible, via using ICT instruments, to arrive to particular requirements for a so-called perfect contract. At the end, the thesis contains de lege ferenda treatise.
Abstract:
Dizertačná práca sa zaoberá právno-teoretickými aspektmi elektronickej kontraktácie. Základným cieľom práce je overenie hypotézy, či je pomocou prostriedkov ICT možné dostať jednotlivým náležitostiam tzv. dokonalého kontraktu. V závere práca obsahuje niekoľko úvah de lege ferenda.
