Analýza nákladů a výnosů z účetního a daňového hlediska v nevýrobní sféře

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu nákladů a výnosů nejprve z pohledu účetního a poté z pohledu daňového. Cílem práce je porovnání nákladů a výnosů, zjištění výsledku hospodaření a následná transformace na základ daně včetně výpočtu daně z příjmů za dodržení akruálního principu dle vypracované vnitropodnikové směrnice na časové rozlišení nákladů a výnosů ve fiktivní společnosti. Cílem první, teoretické, části je popsání významu nákladů a výnosů z účetního a daňového hlediska. Praktická část je zaměřena na zaúčtování hospodářských operací, sestavení účetních výkazů a výpočet daně z příjmů právnických osob ve fiktivní společnosti. V rámci praktické části je sestavena počáteční rozvaha, účetní deník, obratová předvaha, výkaz zisku a ztráty a konečná rozvaha. V příloze jsou přiloženy i zápisy hospodářských operací na syntetických účtech. Součástí je i vnitropodniková směrnice popisující časové rozlišení nákladů a výnosů. Na základě výsledků vyplývajících z účetních výkazů jsou sestaveny základní ukazatele finanční analýzy a navržena doporučení pro zlepšení současné situace ve společnosti.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of costs and revenues first from an accounting perspective and then from a tax perspective. The aim of the thesis is the comparison of costs and revenues, the determination of the economic result and the subsequent transformation into the tax base, including the calculation of income tax in accordance with the accrual principle according to the developed internal guidelines for the accrual of costs and revenues in a fictitious company. The aim of the first, theoretical, part is to describe the meaning of costs and income from the accounting and tax point of view. The practical part focuses on the recognition of economic transactions, the preparation of accounting statements and the calculation of income tax in a fictitious company.The practical part includes the preparation of the opening balance sheet, the accounting journal, the working balance, the profit and loss account and the closing balance sheet. The entries of economic transactions in the synthetic accounts are also attached. An internal company policy describing the accrual of costs and income is also included. Based on the results from the financial statements, basic indicators of financial analysis are drawn up and recommendations for improving the current situation of the enterprise are proposed.
