The Logistic Audit in the Company TGH RENOVA Ltd.
Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku logistického auditu. Logistický audit je prováděn v podmínkách společnosti TGH RENOVA, s. r. o., na základě teoretických východisek. Práce se soustřeďuje na zjištění stavu úrovně logistiky, jejího vyhodnocení a na návrh opatření, která povedou k jejímu zlepšení.
Abstract:
This work describes the logistic audit in the company TGH RENOVA Ltd. This audit is based on the theoretical background and focuses on the description of the current state of the logistic processes. This thesis identifies, evaluates and offers suggestions for the improvement of the problematic points.
