Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá mikrobiálními biofilmy a přírodními látkami, které mají vliv na tvorbu biofilmu. Práce zahrnuje charakteristiku biofilmu, rozdělení dle typu mikroorganismů, kterými je tvořen a výskyt. Dále jsou uvedeny vybrané přírodní látky, které tvorbu biofilmu ovlivňují. This bachelor thesis deals with microbial biofilms and natural substances that influence the formation of biofilm. The work includes characterization of biofilm, distribution according to the type of microorganisms in which it is formed and occurrence.
