Abstract:
Analýza proteínov ako organických molekúl je dôležitou úlohou v pochopení metabolických procesov v živých organizmoch. Cieľom tejto práce je analyzovať dostupné metódy sekvenčného zarovnávania proteínov, navrhnúť vhodné riešenie a spolupracovať s vývojarskym týmom Caver na implementácii zvolených algoritmov. Analysis of proteins as organic molecules is a crucial task in understanding the metabolic processes in living organisms. The aim of this thesis is to analyze currently available sequence alignment methods, suggest appropriate solution and cooperate with Caver development team on the implementation of the chosen algorithms.
