This master thesis deals with idioms which express emotions by the way on women's magazines; concretely it deals with the German magazine "Petra" and the Slovak magazine "Eva". Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá frazeologizmami vyjadrujúcimi emócie na príkladoch z časopisov pre ženy, konkrétne ide o nemecký časopis "Petra" a slovenský časopis "Eva". Teoretická časť práce sa venuje základným otázkam frazeológie, emóciám a ich funkcii v textoch a jazyku celkovo a všeobecnej charakteristike ženských časopisov.
