Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá stanovením vybraných antioxidantů především vitaminu C v nealkoholických nápojích. Je zaměřena především na využití moderních mikroextrakčních technik, zejména na mikroextrakci se sorbentem v mikrostříkačce (MEPS) a její optimalizace s následným stanovením pomocí HPLC s UV detekcí. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the determination of selected antioxidants in alcohol-free beverages. It is focused especially to the application of modern microextraction techniques. Namely, microextraction by packed sorbent (MEPS) and especially optimisation of MEPS followed by high-performance liquid chromatography with UV detector is described.
