Cílem mé diplomové práce je provést analýzu trhu práce ve Zlínském kraji, popsat politiku zaměstnanosti v tomto regionu a navrhnout strategická řešení, vedoucí k pozitivním změ-nám na trhu práce. The goal of my master thesis is to analyze labour market in Zlín region, to describe the employment policy in the region and propose strategic solutions that would lead to positive changes in the labour market.
