Review of languages for making ontologies

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na existující a dnes dostupné ontologické jazyky a konkrétní příklady ontologií v těchto jazycích. Práce je doplněna o základní teorii. Teoretická část obsahuje vysvětlení významu ontologie, její historie. Historie se týká převážně ontologických jazyků, kterým je tato práce věnována. Dále tato práce popisuje základní konstrukty formálních ontologií včetně rozdělení podle rozsahu a použití. V praktické části jsou popsány ty ontologické jazyky, které jsou dnes dostupné nebo používané a jsou doplněny o praktický příklad ontologie v tom daném jazyce.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis is focused on existing and today available ontology Language and specific examples of ontologies in such languages. This work is complemented by basic theory. The theoretical part describes the meaning of ontology and its history. History relates primarily ontological language, which is devoted to this work. This thesis describes the basic constructs of formal ontology, including the range distribution and the use distribution. The practical part describes the ontological languages that are currently available or used and are complemented by a practical example of ontology as a language.
