Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na popis současného vývoje na hypotečním trhu. V teoretické části práce je objasněn pojem Hypoteční úvěr a s ním spojené náležitosti. Praktická část je zaměřena na vzájemné vztahy mezi různými veličinami. Hypotézou je vzájemný vztah mezi vývojem úrokových sazeb a vývojem počtu a objemu hypotečních úvěrů. Další část práce je zaměřena na Nový občanský zákoník.
Abstract:
This thesis is focused on the description of current development on mortgage market. Theoretical part clarifies the topic mortgage loan and all issues related to this topic. Practical part is focused on mutual relations between different values.
