Proposal for the adaptation of the company's premises in Boskovice using elements of blue and green infrastructure

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na navrhování úprav areálu podniku v Boskovicích prostřednictvím implementace prvků modré a zelené infrastruktury. Teoretická část práce zkoumá problematiku extrémních klimatických jevů, managementu srážkové vody, městského tepelného ostrova a konceptů modré a zelené infrastruktury. Jsou zde také prezentovány příklady osvědčených postupů v České republice i v zahraničí. Další část práce se zabývá analýzou možností implementace prvků modré a zelené infrastruktury na pozemku podniku. Proces zahrnuje rozhovory a dotazníkové šetření, které identifikují klíčové prvky, jež jsou následně integrovány do plánů a vizualizací. V neposlední řadě práce zkoumá možnosti financování navržených úprav, ať už prostřednictvím dotací nebo samofinancování. Nakonec jsou analyzována potenciální rizika spojená s realizací úprav areálu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the design of modifications of the company's premises in Boskovice through the implementation of blue and green infrastructure elements. The theoretical part of the thesis examines the issues of extreme climatic events, rainwater management, urban heat island and blue and green infrastructure concepts. Examples of best practices in the Czech Republic and abroad are also presented. The next part of the thesis deals with the analysis of the possibilities of implementing blue and green infrastructure elements on the company's property. The process involves interviews and questionnaire surveys to identify key elements, which are then integrated into plans and visualisations. Finally, the thesis explores options for financing the proposed improvements, either through grants or self-financing. At last the potential risks associated with the implementation of the site improvements are analysed.
