Abstract:
Anotace Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na největší podnikatelský subjekt v Karlovarském kraji, kterým je Sokolovská uhelná, právní nástupce, a. s. Cílem práce je charakteristika uplatňované personální politiky, řízení lidských zdrojů a sociálních programů. V práci je uvedená analýza spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve firmě, personální strategie, odměňování a hodnocení zaměstnanců.

Annotation This dissertation is focused on the biggest entrepreneurial subject in the county of Karlovy Vary which is a coal company Sokolovská uhelná, a legal successor, JSC.
