Physical therapy for the burned patient: Evidence-Based Practice for rehabilitation.

Abstract:

Burns are dangerous but common injuries in the workplace and especially domestic. The burns are divided into three degrees of severity: first degree, second degree, and third degree, where nerve carbonization may also occur and where surgery is required. In this study I will check what happens to the patient after the injury and any surgical intervention, if it is best to start rehabilitation right away or wait a few days, which therapies are more appropriate and which yield less results. The articles examined a wide variety of topics: from the rehabilitation of a child to whom the burn scar has blocked foot mobility, vacuum therapy, vacuum therapy.

Abstract:

Le ustioni sono pericolose ma comuni lesioni nell'ambito lavorativo e soprattutto domestico. L'ustione viene divisa in tre gradi di gravit?: primo grado, di entit? minore, di secondo grado, e quelle di terzo, dove pu? avvenire una carbonizzazione anche dei nervi e dove ? necessario un intervento chirurgico. In questo studio verificher? ci? che accade al paziente dopo la lesione e l'eventuale intervento chirurgico, se ? meglio iniziare la riabilitazione subito o attendere qualche giorno, quali terapie sono pi? adatte e quali danno risultati minori. Gli articoli esaminando una vasta variet? di argomenti: dalla riabilitazione di una bambina a cui la cicatrice da ustione ha bloccato la mobilit? del piede, all'uso della vacuum therapy,la terapia a vuoto.
