Organization And Promotion Of Sustainability Of The Festival Jeden Svět Zlín

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá podporou udržitelnosti festivalu Jeden svět Zlín a správným předáním funkce hlavního koordinátora. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny a specifikovány základní pojmy a nástroje projektového řízení spolu s představením metod podle principu design thinking. V praktické části je provedena analýza projektového řízení festivalu Jeden svět Zlín a zpracovány výsledky rozhovorů s bývalými i potenciální hlavními koordinátory i focus group se členy organizačního týmu ročníku 2019. Na základě výsledků výzkumu a odpovědí na výzkumné otázky byl v projektové části vypracován manuál, který má sloužit budoucímu hlavnímu koordinátorovi festivalu v snadném zvládnutí jeho funkce, organizaci festivalu a práci s projektovým týmem. To má sloužit k celkové udržitelnosti festivalu.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis focuses on the support of the sustainability of the festival Jeden svět Zlín and on the correct handover of the position of the main coordinator. In the theoretical part, elementary principles and tools of project management are defined and specified and methods following the principle of design thinking are introduced. The practical part features an analysis of the project management of the festival Jeden svět Zlín and a review of the interviews conducted with former and potential main coordinators as well as with a focus group consisting of members of the 2019 edition's organizing team. Based on the research outcomes and the provided answers to research questions, a handbook has been created in the project part of the thesis. This handbook should serve as a tool for the future main coordinator of the festival in order to help them smoothly implement the festival, cope with their position and manage their project team, further supporting the general sustainability of the festival.
