Magnetická rezonance srdce patří mezi nejmodernější zobrazovací metody v kardiologii. Cílem práce bylo prozkoumat a zdokonalit poslední využití perfuzních a mappingových metod – parametry plicní cirkulace (PCP) a syntetický hematokrit (Htc) a extracellular volume (ECV). Cardiovascular magnetic resonance is one of the most advanced imaging modalities in cardiology. This work aimed to study and expand the clinical applications of perfusion and mapping techniques, including the pulmonary circulation parameters (PCP), synthetic hematocrit (Htc), and extracellular volume (ECV).
