Bakalářská práce Restrikční endonukleázy a genetické testy se zabývá problematikou restrikčních enzymů. V literárním přehledu je popsán charakter restrikčních endonukleáz, jejich rozdělení a mechanizmus působení, dále se práce dotýká tématu vlivů podmínek restrikční reakce a pojednává o metodách využití těchto enzymů, jako jsou například klonování DNA, analýza variability nebo mapování genomu.     Pomocí funkce Nedávné je možné se rychle vrátit k právě prohlíženým souborům. Oblíbené soubory je také možné označit Hvězdičkou.
