Abstract:
Práce se zabývá teoretickými předpoklady Mendelova objevu, životem a dílem Gregora Mendela se zvláštním zaměřením na jeho badatelskou činnost. Největší pozornost je věnována rozboru Mendelových hybridizačních pokusů, které položily základ genetiky jako vědního oboru.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the theoretical premises of Mendel's discovery, life and work of Gregor Mendel, with particular focus on his research activities. The biggest attention is devoted to the analysis of Mendel's hybridization experiments, which laid the foundations of genetics as a discipline.
