Abstract:

Disertační práce „Proces integrace dohledu finančních institucí“ je zaměřena na výzkum podstaty a souvislostí průběhu institucionální integrace dohledu finančních institucí. Východiskem výzkumu jsou dosavadní poznatky teorie a praxe v oblasti dohledu finančních institucí, současná pravidla obezřetného podnikání pro jejich činnost, institucionální a metodický vývoj systému dohledu v České republice, v zemích Evropské unie a vybraných zemích mimo EU. Shrnutí výsledků výzkumu získaných použitím popsaných vědeckých metod směřuje k možnostem ověření vyslovených předpokladů o podstatě procesu institucionální integrace regulace a dohledu finančních institucí.

Abstract:

This doctoral thesis "The process of integrating the supervision of financial institutions' research focuses on the nature and context of the integrated supervision of financial institutions. The starting point of the research are current knowledge of supervisory practices of financial institutions, the current rules established for the supervision of their activities, institutional and methodological development of the surveillance system in the European Union and selected countries.. Summary of research results obtained using methods described research points to the possibility of verifying hypothesis about the nature of the process of integration of financial market supervision.
