Diplomová práce, zabývající se problematikou rozvoje venkovských regionů Plzeňského kraje, pomocí obsahové analýzy a následné syntézy představuje v rámci teoretické části vymezení venkovských regionů, jejich rozvojový potenciál i regionální politiku a její vazby na rozvoj venkova.
