Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na výběr vhodného návrhu vtokové soustavy pro vysokotlaké lití. Teoretická část se věnuje popisu tlakového lití, kde jsem se zaměřujeme na vtokovou soustavu a vady odlitků, kterým se budeme snažit v aplikační části vyvarovat. V aplikační části se nám za pomocí výpočtů podařilo v programu Inventor Professional zkonstruovat soustavy, které byly následně ověřeny prostřednictvím simulační aplikace NovaFlow & Solid. Na základě experimentů vtokových soustav, byly vyhotoveny závěry, podle kterých se nám podařilo určit vhodnou soustavu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the selection of a suitable design of a gating system for the high pressure die casting. The theoretical part will focus on the description of the die casting, primarily on the gutter system and the defects of the castings, which we will try to avoid in the application part. In the application part we will design the system in Inventor Professional according to our calculations. Furthermore, the systems were verified by using the NovaFlow & Solid simulation application. On the base of the experiments we were able to select the appropriate gating system.
