Teachers´ Perception of Self-Efficacy in Relation to Pupils´ Diversity in the School Environment

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá vnímanou vlastní účinnosti učitelů ve vztahu k diverzitě žáků ve školním prostředí. Teoretická část se věnuje pojmu vnímaná vlastní účinnost a socio-kognitivní teorii A. Bandury. V rámci žákovské diverzity jsme si vyčlenily specifika a mechanismy diverzity, nerovný přístup ke vzdělávání a s tím souvisí školní prostředí. Dále definujeme profesi učitele, profesní rozdělení učitelů ve vztahu vnímané vlastní účinnosti.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the perception of teachers' own effectiveness in relation to the diversity of students in the school environment. The theoretical part deals with the concept of perception of self-efficacy and socio-cognitive theory of A. Bandura. Within the framework of student diversity, we have set aside the specifics and mechanisms of diversity, unequal access to education and the related school environment. We also define the profession of teacher, the professional division of teachers in the relationship of perceived self-efficacy.
