Tématem této diplomové práce je mezinárodní silniční přeprava nebezpečných věcí podle Dohody ADR. Konkrétně je v práci rozebrána problematika vynětí z platnosti Dohody ADR. V první části je práce zaměřena na obecné informace a hlavní povinnosti osob podílejících se na přepravě nebezpečných věcí.
