Evaluation of performance and efficiency of the photovoltaic power system in Hostětín

Abstract:

Tato práce hodnotí výkon a účinnost fotovoltaické elektrárny (FVE) Hostětín – obecní výtopna ve vztahu k povětrnostním podmínkám (globální záření, teplota vzduchu, teplota fotovoltaických panelů) naměřeným na FVE a dále porovnává naměřené hodnoty výkonu, účinnosti a globálního záření s teoretickými hodnotami vypočtenými pro daný typ FVE pomocí aplikace PVGIS. Jako zdroje dat byly použity průměrné 5minutové údaje o hodnotách celkového výkonu FVE, globálního záření, teploty vzduchu a teploty fotovoltaických (FV) panelů naměřené na FVE, teoretické hodnoty globálního záření a výkonu vypočtené pomocí aplikace PVGIS a hodnoty zenitového úhlu Slunce vypočtené pro danou lokalitu. V rámci práce jsou nejprve sestaveny časové řady globálního záření, vyrobené elektrické energie, teploty vzduchu, teploty FV panelů a účinnosti, a vyhodnocen denní chod, roční chod a variabilita těchto veličin. Dále jsou pomocí metod korelační analýzy popsány závislosti jednotlivých faktorů. Současně byly porovnány naměřené a teoretické hodnoty globálního záření, vyrobené energie a účinnosti. U časové řady účinnosti je pomocí hodnocení statistické významnosti lineárního trendu dokázán pokles účinnosti během sledovaného období. Pomocí regresní analýzy závislosti účinnosti na teplotě FV panelů byla vypočtena hodnota teplotního koeficientu.

Abstract:

This thesis evaluates performance and efficiency of photovoltaic power plant Hostětín – communal heating plant in relation to the weather conditions (global irradiance, air temperature, module temperature) measured at this power plant and then compares the measured values of performance, efficiency and global irradiance with the theoretical values calculated for the given power plant using application PVGIS. As a data sources were used an average 5 minutes values of overall performance, global irradiance, air temperature and module temperature measured at the photovoltaic power plant, the theoretical values of performance and global irradiance calculated using PVGIS and values of solar zenith angle calculated for a given location. In this thesis are first assembled a time series of global irradiance, produced electricity, air temperature, module temperature and efficiency and reviewed the diurnal cycle, the annual cycle and variability of these parameters. Further using the correlation analysis are evaluated the dependencies of particular factors. The measured and theoretical values of global irradiance, produced electricity and efficiency were compared too. At the time series of the efficiency by assessing the statistical significance of linear trend was proved the efficiency drop during the studied period. Based on regression analysis of the dependency of efficiency on the module temperature the value of temperature coefficient was calculated.
