Abstract:
V potravinářství a kosmetice se často využívají monoacylglyceroly, fosforečnany, polyfosforečnany a jejich soli. V této práci byl studován efekt sedmi monoacylglycerolů a tří komerčně dostupných fosfátových solí na růst 5 grampozitivních a 5 gramnegativních metodou. Abstract:
In the food industry and cosmetic, monoglycerides, phosphates, polyphosphates and their salts are used. The inhibitory effects of seven monoglycerides and three commercially available phosphates and polyphosphates were tested on a set of 5 gram-positive and 5 gram-negative bacteria.
