Tato práce se zabývá přínosem supervize pro well-being pracovníků nízkoprahového zařízení. Cílem teoretické části je vymezit pojmy jako sociální pracovník, nízkoprahové zařízení, supervize a well-being. Na základě tohoto vymezení je čtenáři přiblížen určitý teoretický rámec, který je stěžejní pro samotný výzkum. Empirická část jako taková je zaměřena na objasnění metodologie výzkumu. This thesis is focused on supervision and its contribution to the well-being of employees in low-threshold facility. The aim of the theoretical part is to define terms like social worker, low-threshold facility, supervision and well-being.
