Předmětem této diplomové práce je analýza vlivu legislativních úprav na stavební spoření v České republice. Práce se nejprve věnuje charakteristice stavebního spoření, vymezení bytových potřeb, jednotlivých atributů smlouvy o stavebním spoření, státní podpoře vztahující se ke stavebnímu spoření a parametrům řádného a překlenovacího úvěru.
