Abstract:

Hlavním cílem mé bakalářské práce na téma „Komparace leasingu a úvěru jako formy podnikové investice“ je srovnání leasingového a úvěrového financování při pořízení dlouhodobého majetku ve formě automobilu. První kapitola teoretické části se věnuje vysvětlení pojmu leasingového financování a jeho členění, náležitostem leasingové smlouvy, leasingovým společnostem, vývoji leasingového trhu, druhá kapitola vysvětluje úvěrové financování i zde je vysvětleno, je to úvěr, rozdělení úvěrů a další pojmy v této oblasti. Třetí kapitola srovnává tyto dva způsoby financování z teoretického hlediska. Praktická část obsahuje podrobnější srovnání leasingu a úvěru na příkladu z praxe formou metody čisté výhody leasingu a formou metody diskontovaných výdajů na úvěr a leasing.

Abstract:

The main aim of my bachelor thesis " Comparison of leasing and credit as a form of corporate investment" is a comparison of leasing and credit financing for the acquisition of fixed assets in the form of a car. The first chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to the explanation of the term leasing financing and its classification, terms of the leasing contract, leasing companies, development of the leasing market, the second chapter explains the credit financing. The third chapter compares these two ways of financing from the theoretical point of view. The practical part contains a more detailed comparison of leasing and credit on the example from practice in the form of the method of net leasing advantage and in the form of discounted credit and leasing expenses.
