Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce ekonomicky a právně analyzuje kolektivní vyjednávání v České republice za pomoci kolektivních smluv a porovnání české právní úpravy s právní úpravou slovenskou a polskou. V závěru se tato práce věnuje možný návrhům a doporučením ke změně právní úpravy kolektivního vyjednávání v České republice.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis economically and legally analyzes collective bargaining in the Czech Republic with the help of collective agreements and a comparison of Czech legislation with Slovak and Polish legislation. In conclusion, this work deals with possible proposals and recommendations to change the legal regulation of collective bargaining in the Czech Republic.
