The ensuring in a context of pension reform

Abstract:

Diplomová práce má za cíl popsat důchodový systém v České republice v kontextu důchodové reformy. Skládá se z teoretické a praktické části. V rámci teoretické části se věnuje charakteristice důchodových pilířů a jejich silným a slabým stránkám. Hodnotí dopad penzijní reformy na stávající a nové účastníky. Tato část uvádí i vývoj některých ekonomických ukazatelů penzijního připojištění do konce prosince 2012. Analytická část se zaobírá výpočty možných kombinací důchodových strategií a jejich následným porovnáním v závislosti na parametrech týkajících se mé osoby. V závěru práce je uveden dotazník a jeho výsledky.

Abstract:

The aim of this diploma thesis is to describe the pension system in Czech Republic in a context of pension reform. It consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part deals with the pension pillars and their positives and negatives. It evaluates the impact of pension reform on existing and new participants. This section presents some economic indicators of pension insurance until the end of December 2012. The analytical part deals with calculations of possible combinations of pension strategies and shows their comparison based on my personal parameters. There is the questionnaire and its results in the final section.
