Abstract:

Předmětem řešení této diplomové práce je zkoumání vlivu nahrazení kameniva asfaltovým recyklátem na mechanické a chemicko-fyzikální vlastnosti betonů. V úvodu práce je popsána problematika druhotných surovin v České republice a míra jejich dosavadního využití. Teoretická část se detailně věnuje složení betonu a jeho jednotlivým složkám, jež jsou chemicky rozebrány. Dále jsou v teoretické části zmíněny informace o asfaltovém recyklátu a možnosti jeho využití v praxi. Součástí práce je metodika aplikovaných zkušebních procesů a vysvětlení jednotlivých zkušebních principů. V experimentální části se práce nejvíce zaměřuje na mechanické zkoušky pevnosti v tlaku a pevnosti v tahu za ohybu. Je zde provedena granulometrie asfaltového recyklátu s křivkou zrnitosti. Následně je v práci popsáno mineralogické složení vzorků naměřené pomocí rentgenové práškové analýzy a infračervené spektrometrie s Fourierovou transformací. Vybrané vzorky byly podrobeny mikroskopické analýze na polarizačním mikroskopu a skenovacím elektronovém mikroskopu. V další kapitole je velmi podstatná část práce, a to vyhodnocení získaných dat.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis investigates the influence of aggregate substitution with asphalt recyclate on mechanical and chemical-physical properties of concretes. The problematics of secondary raw materials and their utilization in the Czech Republic are described in the introduction of the diploma thesis. Theoretical part described the concrete and its chemical composition in detail. The general information and the possibilities of utilization of asphalt recyclate in industrial applications are mentioned in the theoretical part as well. Moreover, methodology of applied testing procedures and their explanations are described. In the experimental part, the results of mechanical testing of compressive strength and bending tensile strength are presented and discussed. The comparison of used particle site distributions of asphalt recyclate and aggregate is reported. In addition, mineralogical compositions of samples determined with the usage of X-ray powder diffraction and Fourier-transform infrared spectrometry are reported. Selected samples were prepared for microscopic analysis and they were observed under polarizing microscope and scanning electron microscope. All obtained results are evaluated and discussed.
