Abstract:

Karas, D. Technické rezervy jako jeden ze způsobů řízení rizik komerční pojišťovny. Diplomová práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2018.Diplomová práce se zabývá současnými přístupy k tvorbě a finančnímu umístění prostředků technických rezerv a přístupy vyplývající z implementování nové regulatorní směrnice Solvency II. První část diplomové práce popisuje jednotlivé druhy technických rezerv, investování prostředků technických rezerv a novou regulatorní směrnici Solvency II. Jsou zde uvedeny také metody výpočtu technických rezerv v neživotním pojištění pomocí vývojových trojúhelníků. Druhá část diplomové práce u pojišťovny DIRECT a České pojišťovny nejprve analyzuje technické rezervy. Následně je počítán pomocí metody Chain-Ladder, metody Cape Cod, Bornhuetterovy-Fergusonovy metody a separační metody odhad technických rezerv pro neživotní pojištění. Jsou zde použity také upravené poměrové ukazatele, analyzováno finanční umístění prostředků technických rezerv u zmíněných pojišťoven a porovnáno se srovnatelnými pojišťovnami. Následně jsou shrnuty dosažené výsledky a v případě nedostatků navržena možná doporučení.

Karas, D. Technical provisions as one of the ways of risk management of commercial insurance company. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2018.The diploma thesis deals with the current approaches to the creation and financial placement of the technical provisions and the approaches resulting from the implementation new regulatory directive Solvency II. The first part of the diploma thesis describes individual parts of technical provisions, investment of technical provisions and new regulatory directive Solvency II. Here are also included methods of calculating technical provisions in non-life insurance using development triangles. The second part of the diploma thesis at pojišťovna DIRECT and Česká pojišťovna first analyzes technical provisions. Subsequently is calculated using the Chain-Ladder method, Cape Cod method, Bornhuetter-Ferguson method and separation method estimate of technical provisions of non-life insurance. Adjusted ratios are also used here, analyzed financial placement of technical provisions for insurance companies mentioned and compared with comparable insurance companies. Subsequently the results are summarized and possible recommendations are suggested in case of shortcomings.
