La rappresentazione della zolfara nelle novelle di Luigi Pirandello

The representation of the sulphuric mines in the Luigi Pirandello's novellas
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to analyze the way how Luigi Pirandello sees the extraction of sulfur in Sicily and problems associated with it. This paper aims to provide an analysis of the description of sulfur mines in selected Pirandello's novels, as they are perceived by the author, and confront it with proven facts.
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá analýzou způsobu, jakým Luigi Pirandello nahlíží na těžbu síry na Sicílii a problémy s ní spojené. Záměrem této práce je rozebrat popis sírných dolů ve vybraných novelách Luigiho Pirandella, tak jak je vnímá autor, a konfrontovat jej s doloženými fakty.
