Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá vyšetřením mutací genů BRCA1 a BRCA2. Tyto geny se podílejí na opravách poškozené DNA a v případě jejich mutací je jedinec ohrožen zvýšeným rizikem vzniku karcinomu prsu nebo vaječníků. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with BRCA1 and BRCA2 mutations testing. These genes participate in the repairs of damaged DNA and if they mutate, there is an increased risk of developing breast and ovarian cancer. The thesis is focused especially in particular on the methods of genetic testing, including the procedures that precede the examination.
