Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat pomocí vhodných nástrojů jakost u vybraných produktů a navrhnout opatření, která by vedla ke zlepšení současného stavu kvality těchto výrobků. Pro vyhodnocení dat jsem si vybrala společnost Haselmeier s.r.o. zabývající se výrobou inzulínových per. V teoretické části se věnuji obecným popisům základních pojmů, které se týkají daného tématu. Abstract:
The purpose of my thesis is to analyse the quality of the given products by means of the convenient implements and to design a measure leading to an improvement of the current quality of these products.
