Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zrušení a zániku společností. Zaměřuje se na téma v obecné a teoretické rovině a uvádí pojmy a postupy, které při zániku společnosti mohou nastat. Práce také popisuje postup zániku konkrétní společnosti, u které proběhla soudem řízená likvidace. This bachelor thesis deals with problems of company cancelling and company dissolution. Thesis focus on the topic in common and theoretic layers of meaning and introduce terms and procedures, which can happened during dissolution of a company.
