Early childhood education and care in the businness schools

Abstract:

Hlavním tématem bakalářské práce je raná péče o předškolní děti ve firemních zařízeních. Práce má teoretickou a praktickou část. Hlavním cílem bylo přiblížit současnou problematiku nedostatku kapacity veřejných mateřských škol a nastínit existenci předškolních zařízení. V teoretické části se zabývám základními otázkami, jako je vývoj dítěte, zejména předškolního věku; rodinnou výchovou, která je při rané péči dítěte důležitá; a dále předškolními zařízeními, která poskytují péči o děti, např. jesle, mateřské školy, firemní školy, univerzitní mateřské školy apod. Najdeme zde obecné informace, zákonné požadavky, ale také situaci v České republice, která se těchto otázek týká, apod. Praktická část obsahuje cíl objasnění vzniku univerzitních mateřských škol. Upozorňuje na rizika, problémy, a také výhody a nevýhody prostřednictvím rozhovorů v UMŠ v Praze a ve Zlíně.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor's thesis is early childhood education and care in the business schools. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. Its main aim is to address the current insufficiency of public nurseries and to explain the existence of preschool institutes. The theoretical part includes fundamental issues such as a child's development, primarily in preschool age; family upbringing, one of the key moments in early education; preschool educational institutions currently delivering child care services: early day nurseries, public nurseries, business/private sector nurseries, university nurseries, etc. It also covers basic information, legal requirements and the current situation in the Czech Republic, relative to these matters. The practical part aims to explain the need for the creation of university nurseries. It highlights the risks, problems, advantages and disadvantages of such institutions by a series of interviews held in Prague and Zlín university nurseries.
