Abstract:
Práce se zabývá typologií MBTI a jejím využití v týmové spolupráci. Typologie zahrnuje čtyři dvojice preferencí. Kombinací těchto preferencí vzniká 16 osobnostních typů. Osobností typy jsou v této práci popsány v různých situacích jako například typy a pracovní konflikty nebo typy a týmová práce. Abstract:
This work engages with the MBTI typology and its use in teamwork. Typology includes four pairs of preferences. Combining these preferences gives us 16 personality types. Personality types are described in this work in various situations, such as certain type and labour conflict or certain type and teamwork.
