Translation of a Legal Text from Russian to Czech (the Highway Code)
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena především na překlad právního textu. Konkrétně byl právní text překladu vybrán z pravidel silničního provozu Ruské federace (části 1, 2, 4 a 5). V teoretické části jsou popsány obecné charakteristické rysy právních textů a poznatky o jeho překladu. Praktická část obsahuje samotný překlad a komentář k vybraným překladatelským řešením.
Abstract:
The present diploma thesis is mainly focused on the translation of a legal text. The legal text of the translation was selected from the highway code of the Russian Federation (parts 1, 2, 4 and 5).
