Abstract:

Ve své práci se zabývám podnikatelským plánem při založení finančně realitní firmy na českém trhu. Rozebírám, jak a do jaké míry se musíme zaobírat podnikatelským plánem v přechodu mezi částí teoretickou a praktickou. Tento přechod se snažim rozebret ve druhé části, se kterou musíme počítat před každou podnikatelskou příležitostí, ale to nejen v mém oboru, nýbrž v každém novém podnikání. V praktické části práce se nejvíce zaměřuji nabízenými službami a marketingem prodeje nemovitostí.

Abstract:

In my thesis I deal with a business plan for real estate based financial company on the Czech market. I analyze how and to what extent we need to work with the business plan for the transition between the theoretical and practical part. I am trying to analyse this transition in the second part, with which we must allow before every bussines opportunity - however not only in my field but in any new business. In the practical part I focus mostly on the services offered and the sale of real estate marketing.
