Diplomová práca sa zaoberá kultúrnym prostredím v meste Skalica. V prvej časti komplexne predstavuje mesto a jeho kultúrnu ponuku, s prihliadnutím na historický kontext. Analýzou inštitúcií, organizácií a podujatí hodnotí fungovanie kultúry v meste.
