Kinesiotherapy after reamputation of the lower extremity

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se snaží shrnout poznatky o kinezioterapii po reamputaci v oblasti dolní končetiny. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se věnuje anatomii dolní končetiny, amputacím na dolních končetinách, kde uvádím definici amputace, indikace a příčiny amputací, jejich rozdělení, komplikace. Dále definuji reamputace, protetické možnosti a kinezioterapii bezprostředně po operaci, před a po aplikaci protézy. V praktické části je zpracována kazuistika pacienta s vyžádanou reamputací v oblasti bérce. Prvotní amputace byla provedena v Chopartově kloubu na levé dolní končetině. Potřeba reamputace byla zdůvodněna pacientovou algicitou pahýlu, jeho špatným hojením, neustále vznikajícím defektům na jeho vrcholu. Z tohoto důvodu vznikaly problémy s nestejnoměrným zatížením obou dolních končetin a špatného stereotypu chůze. Po provedené reamputaci se pacient cítí v lepším psychickém stavu než předtím. Po tříměsíční rehabilitaci došlo ke zlepšení rozložení váhy těla na obě dolní končetiny, stejně tak stereotypu chůze.

Abstract:

This bachelor?s thesis tries to summarize knowledge about kinesiotherapy after reamputation in the area of the lower limb. Thesis Is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is dedicated to the anatomy of the lower limb, amputations on the lower limbs, where I present the definition of amputation, indications and the causes of amputation, their classification, complications. Teoretical part continous in definition of reamputations, prosthetic options and kinesiotherapy right after the surgery, before and after the application of the prosthesis. The practical part is about casuistry of the pacient who wants reamputation in the area of the tibia. The initial amputation was performed in the Chopart?s joint of the left lower limb. The occasion for reamputation was bad patient?s algicity of the limb, bad healing of the limb and constantly evolving defects at its peak. From this reason there ware problems in the form of uneven load of both lower limbs and a bad stereotype of the walk. After reamputation the mental condition of the patient was better than before. After a three-month rehabilitation the layout of the weight of the body was improved on both lower limbs, as well as the stereotype of the walk.
