Abstract:
Phytoestrogenes belong to polyphenolic secondary metabolites of plants. The theoretical part of this thesis is mainly about isoflavones, it describes their structure, biosynthesis, metabolism and effect on human organism. Fytoestrogeny patří mezi polyfenolické sekundární metabolity rostlin. V teoretické části se tato práce věnuje nejprve isoflavonům, popisuje jejich strukturu, biosyntézu, metabolismus a vliv na lidský organismus. Dále je popsané trávení přežvýkavců, během kterého jsou metabolizované isoflavony a to především daidzein na equol.
