The employees education and development with an emphasis on work with talent

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku rozvoje a vzdělávání talentovaných pracovníků, tedy talent management. Je koncipována do dvou hlavních částí, teoretické a praktické. První část práce je věnována talentovaným pracovníků, jejich řízení ve společnosti, tedy talent managementu, a hlavním procesům talent managementu, což jsou identifikace talentu, jeho získání, rozvoj a vzdělávání a udržení talentu. Druhá část práce se zaměřuje na analýzu talent managementu ve společnosti EUROVIA CS, a.s. Cílem práce je zhodnotit současný přístup k rozvoji a vzdělávání talentovaných pracovníků a pomocí získaných teoretických poznatků navrhnout podněty ke zlepšení funkce a nastavení celé oblasti talent managementu v dané společnosti. K tomuto účelu jsem využila vnitřních informací společnosti, interního šetření a dotazování mezi zaměstnanci společnosti. V závěru práce jsou popsány některé kroky k implementaci navržených doporučení.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis focusing on development and education of talented employees. It is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical one. The first part of the thesis is devoted to talent employees and managing of these talents in the company, the main process of talent management, which are the talent identification, acquisition, development, and training, and talent retaining. The second part of the thesis is focused on the talent management analysis in the company EUROVIA CS, a.s. The aim is to evaluate current approach to developing and training talents and by the using of gained theoretical knowledge propose initiatives to improve the functioning and setting the whole area of talent management in the company. For this purpose we use internal information of the company and make the survey and interviews with employees inside the company. In conclusion, some implementation steps are described in the end of the thesis.
