Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou významu psychosociálnej podpory poskytovanej všeobecnou sestrou. V teoretickej časti popisuje psychosociálnu podporu nie len z hľadiska poskytovania podpory pacientovi, ale aj z hľadiská kolegiálnej - peer podpory v rámci Systému psychosociální intervenční služby (SPIS).
