Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem časových řad nabídky a poptávky na trzích práce v České republice. V prvé řadě je charakterizován trh práce, politika zaměstnanosti a činnosti státních orgánů. Dále je provedeno vyrovnání časových řad pomocí metody klouzavých mediánů a regresní přímky. This diploma thesis occupies with the development of time series of supply and demand in the labour markets in the Czech Republic. First, the labour market, employment policy and activities of state bodies are characterized.
